Arthur Lappin
Arthur Lappin is an Irish film producer and operates with Jim Sheridan , the production company Hell's Kitchen . After a career as acting and dance director for the Irish Arts Council , he has been one of the leading film and stage producers in Ireland for 25 years.
He has produced fifteen feature films, two TV series and several documentaries, and has also produced over 20 theater productions.
Arthur Lappin is the managing director of Hell's Kitchen production company which he founded with Jim Sheridan in 1992.
He was the founding chairman of the Irish National training body for Film and Television (now Screen Training Ireland ).
From 1994 to 2002 he was the founding chairman of The Ark, a cultural center for children in Dublin.
In 2005 he was chairman of the Flanders International Film Festival jury.
He is currently the chairman of the KCLR 96FM.
