Arthur Magugu
Arthur Kinyanjui Magugu ( 1934 - September 15, 2012 ) was a Kenyan politician who served as the country's finance minister from 1982 to 1988. He belonged to the KANU . From 1969 to 1988 and from 2002 to 2007 he was also a member of parliament in the National Assembly .
