Arthur Guseni Oliver Mutambara (born May 25, 1966 ) is a politician from Zimbabwe . He became president of a faction of the Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) in February 2006 .

After an agreement of September 2008 on the division of political power in Zimbabwe, his country became vice-premier under Morgan Tsvangirai .
