Arthur Penny
Arthur Penny ( Arthur William "Nutty" Penny; born December 3, 1907 , † November 29, 2003 ) was a British long-distance runner .
Starting in 1934 for England he won bronze at the Cross of Nations and gold over six miles at the British Empire Games in London in 31: 00.6 minutes.
