Artificial Heart is a Finnish metalcore band from Tuusula that was founded in 2008.

history

The band was founded in late 2008. The following year Matias Jyläskoski joined as a singer. In July 2010, a first EP under the name Deliverance followed, followed in April 2011 by a second called Broken Bones & Buried Dreams . Shortly after the release of the first EP, the group caught the attention of both inside and outside Finland. In winter 2010/2011, the band was selected from 250 groups in the final of the Suomi Metal Star 2011 competition, which was announced by Century Media . On July 1st, Artificial Art supported August Burns Red at Nosturi in Helsinki . In September 2011 the band recorded the songs My Confession and Our Conclusion at the Ansa Studio . In 2012 the group could be seen at the Finnish Metal Expo . In 2013 the debut album A Heart Once Lost was released via Spinefarm Records .
