Artur Żmijewski (born April 10, 1966 in Radzymin ) is a Polish actor .

Żmijewski made his acting debut in 1989 with the Polish film Liebesfesseln ( Stan posiadania ). He had his most important appearance in the film The Katyn Massacre  (2007) with the role of Andrzej. Since 2008 he has played the leading role of the priest Mateusz Żmigrodzki in the Polish television series Ojciec Mateusz , a remake by Don Matteo . In total, he has been seen in nearly 50 film and television productions so far.
