Artur Jeghojan ( Armenian Արտուր Յեղոյան ; born September 14, 1990 in Aschotsk , Shirak ) is an Armenian cross-country skier .

Career

Jeghojan has been participating in competitions organized by the Fédération Internationale de Ski since 2011 . His best placement at the Nordic World Ski Championships in 2013 in Val di Fiemme was 71st in the 30 km skiathlon. At the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi , he reached 62nd place over 30 km of skiathlon. At the beginning of the 2014/15 season he ran his first World Cup races in Ruka , which he finished classically in 86th place in the sprint and 94th place over 15 km. His best result at the 2015 Nordic World Ski Championships in Falun was 55th place in the skiathlon.
