Aryadeva

Aryadeva ( 3rd century ) was an important Ceylonese philosopher of Mahayana Buddhism and a disciple of Nagarjuna . He is also known as the 15th Patriarch of Zen by the name of Kānadeva . His most famous works are the "Four Hundred Verses" ( Catuhshataka-shastra-karika ).
