The Asamer Baustoffe AG ​​Group (ABAG Group) is a company for raw and building material solutions with the business fields stone, gravel, concrete, cement and recycling.

The ABAG Group was created in 2014 through the acquisition of significant holdings in the profitable core business of the former Asamer Holding AG (today: QuadraCir AG). The ABAG Group continues the market position of the Asamer Group in the extraction of natural resources and the production of building materials. The company is based in the municipality of Ohlsdorf in the Traunviertel / Upper Austria.

The ABAG Group prepared consolidated financial statements for 2014 for the first time, in which a total of 12 companies were included. The group turnover in 2014 was 165.9 million euros. Earnings before taxes, interest, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) 28.2 million euros.

Around 95% of group sales are generated by the four main companies ASAMER Kies- und Betonwerke GmbH (AKB), Transportbeton Gesellschaft mbH & Co. KG (TB), CEMMAC as and Fabrika Cementa Lukavac dd (FCL).

Seven quarries in Austria, Slovakia and Bosnia-Herzegovina are used to extract the raw materials. On the one hand, these are processed in the cement works of the ABAG Group and, on the other hand, are used in concrete and asphalt production.
