The Ash Shahid Mosque ( Arabic مسجد الشهيد, DMG Masǧid aš-Šahīd  'Martyrs Mosque'; Alternative spellings al-Shahid , ash-Shahid or El Shahid ) is a mosque in the Sudanese capital Khartoum .

It is located at the confluence of the White and Blue Nile at the intersection of al-Qasr Street and Nile Street, around 500 meters west of the Sudan National Museum , around 250 meters north of the Central Bank of Sudan and around 200 meters east of the Hilton Hotel.

The mosque is the third largest mosque in Khartoum after the Great Mosque of Khartoum and the Faruq Mosque .

Eight meters in front of the mosque are two minarets around 64 meters high , each around 34 meters to the left and right of the main entrance. The mosque itself consists of a square main part around 25 meters wide, which is closed by a round dome around 16 meters wide. The main part is expanded by two side rooms of the same size, around 18 meters by 20 meters, which together take up a floor area of ​​around 1000 square meters.
