The ASENDIA Management SAS is a French - Swiss postal company . The company operates under the brand Asendia by La Poste & Swiss Post .

history

On July 6, 2012, La Poste and Swiss Post entered into a partnership for their cross-border shipping activities. In December 2011, the partners announced that they wanted to set up the joint venture . Asendia Management is a joint venture in which both partners have a 50% stake. Asendia's goal is to become the market leader in the field of “ B2C solutions ” for international mail.

Asendia's range of services includes the worldwide dispatch of advertising and business letters, small goods, newspapers and magazines as well as specific total solutions along the entire value chain for the mail order, publishing and media sectors . Management

Ulrich Hurni, Head of “PostMail” and Deputy CEO of “Swiss Post”, will chair the Board of Directors. Marc Pontet, former Deputy CEO, Marketing and Sales Manager of “Courrier” and CEO of “La Poste Global Mail”, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.
