Asosa zone

The Asosa Zone is one of the 3 zones in the Benishangul-Gumuz region in Ethiopia.

This zone is bounded to the northeast by the Abbay River and to the west by the Dabus River .

The principal city of the zone is Asosa , and the city of Bambasi is also of importance. The highest point is Mount Bambasi.
