The At-Bashi River Dam ( kirghiz Ат-Башы суу сактагыч ) is located at the lower reaches of the At-Bashi River in the area Naryn in Kyrgyzstan .
The Atbaschy Dam is located 30 km west of the city of Naryn and 30 km north-northwest of the administrative center of Atbaschy . It was completed in late 1970. It is located not far from the small urban-type Dostuk settlement at the exit of a ravine in the Karatau mountain range through which the Atbaschy River has dug. Four turbines of 10 MW each deliver a total output of 40 MW. The annual output is 130–160 GWh. The usable storage volume is 7 million m³. The dam height is 79 m. The dam is located in a severely earthquake-prone location.
