Atif Bashir Qureshi (born April 3, 1985 in Berlin ) is a German-Pakistani former soccer player.

career

The German-born Pakistani Bashir began his career in the youth team of Hertha BSC and Cardiff City. In 2004/05 the midfielder, who can also play as a defender, was under contract with Afan Lido.

He has been a member of Pakistan's national soccer team since 2008, but has not yet been able to compete in the 2008 AFC Challenge Cup for his home country because he has not yet been issued a Pakistani passport.
