Haverfordwest County AFC ( Wal .: Clwb Pêl-droed Sir Hwlffordd ) is a Welsh football club from Haverfordwest and currently plays in Division One .
history
The association was founded on December 7, 1899. There have been several name changes over the years. In 1936 he was incorporated into the Welsh League. Bridge Meadow Stadium became the home of the club.
After the war, many derbies were played against Milford United and Pembroke Borough . In 1954, however, the club had to relegate. But two years later the championship in Division 2 was won. The following year the name was changed to Haverfordwest County AFC.
In 1992, the club participated in the newly formed League of Wales. After only two seasons, the club was taken out of the first division by the Football Association of Wales . The club was unable to modernize the ailing stadium and find a suitable alternative. Until 1997 they played in the second division. The championship was won there.
The stadium has since been restored and was on a level that corresponded to the standard. In the 2003/04 season and a year later, 4th place jumped out in the first division . At the end of the 2011/12 season, you had to go back to the 2nd division before being promoted again in 2015.
