Attila Kaszás

Attila Kaszás [ ˈɒt: ilɒ ˈkɒsa: ʃ ] (born March 16, 1960 in Šaľa , Czechoslovakia ; † March 23, 2007 in Budapest ) was a Hungarian actor and voice actor .

life and career

Kaszás left the Budapest Film and Drama School in 1983 and was a member of the Budapest Vígszínház ensemble for fifteen years from 1984 . After four years as a freelance actor, he was hired for the newly founded ensemble of the new Hungarian National Theater ( Nemzeti Színház ). He played numerous Shakespeare roles, played Faust and also took on leading roles in musicals and rock operas .

Four days before his death, he fell into a coma from a stroke before a performance , from which he never woke.

Attila Kaszás played roles in over 35 international cinema and television productions.
