Audrius Bitinas

Audrius Bitinas (born August 4, 1975 in Vilnius ) is a Lithuanian administrative lawyer and social lawyer , professor at the Mykolas-Romer University (MRU), former politician , Vice Minister for Social Protection and Labor (2011-2013).

Life

After graduating from Anykščiai Middle School in 1993 , Bitinas graduated from Vilniaus universitetas in 1998 with a law degree . While studying in Lithuania, he studied in France . In 2008 he did his doctorate at the MRU.

From 1996 to 1997 he was a lawyer at UAB "Egirona", from 1997 to 2001 at " Lietuvos telekomas ". From 2002 to 2008 he worked as an administrative lawyer in the legal department of the Lithuanian Social Insurance Office. He has been with MRU since 2006 and has been a professor since 2011. From 2006 to 2007 he worked as a lecturer at Vilniaus Gedimino technikos universitetas . From 2008 to 2011 he was a lawyer . From February 1, 2011 to October 28, 2013 he was Deputy Minister, Deputy Minister for Social Protection and Labor.

Bitinas speaks Russian, English and French.
