The listed Methodist Church of the Resurrection is located at Kaiser-Friedrich-Straße 87 in the Berlin district of Charlottenburg in the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district .
The United Methodist Church has existed in the Berlin district since 1857. From 1906, services were celebrated in the Christ Church in Berlin-Kreuzberg . The first meeting of the community took place in Charlottenburg in 1896. In 1922 the community acquired the building erected by the architect Hermann Günther in 1893/1894 at Kaiser-Friedrich-Strasse 87, originally the lodge house of the Kaiser-Friedrich-Lodge. The church hall in the rear building was inaugurated. Church services for the English-speaking congregation have also been held there since 1994.
