Outcrop Nanbiancun

The Nanbiancun outcrop is located on a small hill near a village of the same name north of Guilin , Guangxi , in southern China. The transition from Devonian to Carboniferous or from Famennium to Tournaisium ( Hangenberg event ) is unlocked . The position has the rank of an auxiliary stratotype .
