The house at August-Bebel-Straße 49 is a listed building in the city of Wolmirstedt in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in downtown Wolmirstedt east of August-Bebel-Straße. In the local register of monuments it is registered as an arable citizen's house.
Design and history
The long two-story building, stretching in a west-east direction, was erected in the 18th century. While the ground floor was built in massive construction, the upper floor was built in half-timbered construction . There is an arbor on the south-facing side of the courtyard . The wooden corridor extends the entire length of the building.
The house is the last remaining building of the house type that was originally common in the region.
