August Becker (judge)

August Becker (born March 26, 1864 in Hanover ; † after 1920) was a German judge .

Life

He had a doctorate. In 1889 he was sworn in to the Prussian sovereign. In 1904 he became a district judge, in 1905 a district judge. In 1908 he was appointed district judge. In 1909 he was promoted to the higher regional judge. On January 1, 1918, he was appointed to the Reich Court. He was active in the II. Criminal Senate , VII. And V Civil Senate. On January 1, 1920 he came to Hanover as president of the regional court.
