Aureliano Otáñez
Aureliano Otáñez (born October 18, 1911 in Paris , † January 17, 1975 in Caracas ) was a Venezuelan colonel and politician .
He was Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Venezuela from 1952 to 1956 .
