The album was mainly advertised on social networks. Five video clips appeared on YouTube. Two songs were released on YouTube without a video.

In keeping with the title, the rappers deal with topics from their lives in the Ruhr area. They deal with their homeland, football and social problems. The range of emotions ranges from sad reminder songs to aggressive street rap.

On the blue cover you can see the headframe of a colliery and an industrial building. At the bottom there is a big head nut music lettering. Below you will find the album name.
