Trainer

A trainer is someone who employs other people for vocational training ( Section 10 (1) of the Vocational Training Act ). This can be both natural and legal persons .

The concept of the trainer is to be distinguished from that of the trainer . In general, the company with which the trainee concludes the training contract is the trainer.

In contrast, the trainer is the natural person who is responsible for the vocational training within the meaning of the Vocational Training Act . This can be, for example, the managing director or employees with the required qualifications commissioned by the company providing the training.
