Autocephaly (sociology)
Autocephalous ( Greek autos themselves, kephale Main: self-determined) means by Max Weber , that the head and the Association staff according to their own regulations of the association and not as with Heterokephalie is appointed by outsiders ( the economy and society , Chapter 1, § 12.). Autocephaly is not the same as autonomy .
