Aygen-Sibel Çelik

Aygen-Sibel Çelik (* 1969 in Istanbul ) is a German author for children and young people .

Born in Turkey, she has lived in Germany since she was two. Important stages of their biography are a six-year stay in her hometown, the study of children's books Research in Frankfurt and an editorial volontariat and various internships in educational and journalistic area. She worked for several years as an editor for a specialist magazine. Çelik lives and works in Düsseldorf and has been a member of the advisory board for literature at the cultural office of the state capital since 2015.
