Aziz A Munshi
Aziz A Munshi is a Pakistani civil servant. He was Attorney General of his country for four different periods . He was also Minister of Justice. He is currently a senior advocate in the Supreme Court and High Court .
Life
Munshi's father was a judge in Bombay. Ibrahim Ismail Chundrigar , former Justice and Prime Minister of Pakistan, was his uncle -in-law.
He began his career in Bombay in 1954 and in Karachi in 1955.
Aziz A Munshi served as the Attorney General of Pakistan from January 8, 1985 to October 30, 1986, May 29, 1988 to December 3, 1988, August 6, 1990 to July 13, 1993, and December 14, 1999 to September 30, 2001 .
From November 28, 1999 to November 27, 2000 he was Minister of Justice of Pakistan.
He was the chairman of the Pakistani Bar Association.
He also represented his country in international trials, for example against India, at conferences and in organizations.
