Bäckerstraße 13, 16, 17, 20 is the name for a listed street in Hötensleben in Saxony-Anhalt, registered in the monument register for Hötensleben . Part of the street line is also referred to as Bäckerstraße 15-18 .

location

The street row is located in the western part of Hötensleben, on the western side of Bäckerstraße in the vicinity of the confluence with Richtstrasse.

History and architecture

The monument area consists of buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries, which are described as high quality. The ensemble includes a brick workshop building. It is equipped with metal windows and gates. Another older building is built in half-timbered construction. A restaurant with a hall and a dwelling as well as a butcher's were built as brick buildings . The entrance to the butcher's shop is in a corner. Both the restaurant and the butcher are currently (as of 2017) no longer operated as such. The window openings in the butcher's building with segmented arches were replaced by a lintel on the ground floor in the 2010s, which significantly impaired the appearance of the facade.
