The office building of the former Horkheimer spinning mill is a house at Schwieberdinger Strasse 58 in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen . The building was built in 1906 by master builder Rudolf Morlock in Art Nouveau style , incorporating elements of the Renaissance and Baroque .

The building has been a listed building since July 30, 1986 .
