history

founding

The club was founded in 2000 with the aim of bringing Bosnians from all over the world to support the national team. Furthermore, according to the founders of the BHF, they wanted to fight a criminal and corrupt Bosnian-Herzegovinian football association and establish a better umbrella organization in the country.

Incidents

Between the years 2000 and 2010, the BHF repeatedly dropped out of games due to property damage, the throwing of flares onto the field and similar incidents. Again and again, the association had to pay fines of several thousand euros to UEFA , which the BHFanaticos were also entitled to. The aim of the fan group was to provoke UEFA penalties through the riots in the stadiums in Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as in other European countries , which weaken the association financially and bring down its board of directors at the time, in particular the ex-general secretary of the NFSBIH Munib Ušanović should. After the football association was reorganized in 2010/2011 and the NFSBIH was brought into a good financial position, the situation in the stadiums calmed down again.
