BTI Fixing Technology GmbH & Co. KG is a direct seller in the building trade with headquarters in Ingelfingen (Baden-Württemberg) and belongs to the Berner group of companies .
history
The BTI was founded in 1972 by Albert Berner , founder of Albert Berner GmbH , which was established in 1957 .
In 1997 BTI founded the subsidiary BTI Técnicas de Fijación in Tarragona, Spain. From 2007 to 2014, Krähe , a specialist mail order company for work clothing, based in Schlierbach (Württemberg) , district of Göppingen, was part of BTI. In July 2010, BTI also took over the Udo-Bär group of companies based in Duisburg, a specialist in office and factory equipment.
Corporate structure
BTI Fixing Technology has been offering products and clothing in the areas of occupational health and safety since 1997.
Sales in Germany are carried out by a field service team with more than 450 employees.
Another sales channel of the company are the eight “Handwerker-Centers” all over Germany (Berlin, Essen, Frankfurt am Main, Leipzig, Munich, Niedernhall, Nuremberg, Hamburg), which offer a selection from the BTI range to cover immediate needs Offer.
Products
The BTI range includes more than 100,000 items from the fields of dowel technology, roof mounting systems, drilling / sawing / grinding / cutting, screwing and connection technology, electrical assembly technology, sanitary / heating / air conditioning, fire protection, chemical-technical products, tools, storage / Transport and construction site requirements, measuring and testing technology / Laser technology, electrical and compressed air tools.
There are also complete system solutions in window installation with the BTI-4W system, in the roof area with the 4R system and in the area of pipe fastening with all-round pipes. The 4W system is a system that fulfills the inner, middle and outer sealing as well as the fastening when installing windows in accordance with the RAL specifications . The system has the seal of approval from IFT Rosenheim ( Institute for Window Technology eV) and a ten-year warranty from BTI when used in the respective functional area.
The 4R wind and airtightness system in the roof area offers permanent security in indoor and outdoor use. The coordinated system components also guarantee long-term functionality in accordance with DIN 4108-7 and the Energy Saving Ordinance .
With All Around Pipe , BTI offers system solutions for fire protection, insulation and pipe fastening. The service also includes the development of practical fastening solutions and the preparation of assembly drawings and parts lists. Static calculations and an on-site consultation service are also offered.
The F3 Functional Wear division is the company's own product range for everything to do with workwear and occupational safety (PPE).
