Başaranlar (Turkish: The Successful ) is a German - Turkish television program that was broadcast in 2006 on ATV Avrupa in prime time.

Başaranlar deals with the success stories of entrepreneurs of Turkish origin in Germany. Studio guests also have their say. So far guests have been, for example, Vural Öger , Yıldıray Cengiz , Kemal Şahin and Muhsin Omurca .
