The language Baba (also baba 1, bapa, bapakum, papia, supapya '; ISO 639-3: bbw) is a bantoid language within the Nun group from the grassland language group , which is spoken by a total of 24,500 people in the Northwest Province of Cameroon .

It is related to the Mungaka [mhk] language. The speakers of Baba call themselves supapya.
