The built in 1895. Babcock-Shattuck House , also known as Jewish War Veterans Post is a historic house, located on East Genesee Street at number 2000 to 2004 in the city of Syracuse in Onondaga County in the US state of New York . It used to belong to the doctor Archer D. Babcock . The architecture is pronounced in the Queen Anne style .

The house was temporarily a focal point for the Jewish War Veterans of the United States of America , a Jewish war veterans organization. The house is currently empty and in need of renovation. It is privately owned.

The Babcock-Shattuck House was added to the register on May 12, 2004 by the National Register of Historic Places with number 04000429.
