Babille (also Babile) is a city in the Oromiyaa region in eastern Ethiopia .

Babille is located in the Mirab-Hararghe area , about 30 km east of Harar . The central Ethiopian statistics agency , according to the village in 2005 had a population of 16,454.

The city is known for its hot springs and mineral waters. In addition, the Dakhata valley is close by, which has special rock formations and is known as a bird habitat. Furthermore, the Babille elephant sanctuary borders the place.
