Bactrian Island (from English bactrian 'two humped' ) is an island off the Ingrid Christensen coast of the East Antarctic Princess Elisabeth Land . It belongs to the Rauer Islands and is 450 m north of Efremova Island .
Australian scientists named it after two rounded headlands on its northwest coast.
