The Alfaro Station (span. Estación de Alfaro ) is located in the Spanish city of Alfaro in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja . It is located at kilometer 5.2 of the Castejón-Bilbao railway line from Logroño and Miranda de Ebro at an altitude of 261 meters. The station is located north of the city center at the end of the avenue . It has long and medium distance services operated by Renfe .

The station was inaugurated on August 30, 1863 with the opening of the Castejón – Orduña section of the railway line connecting Castejón and Bilbao . The construction work was carried out by the Tudela-Bilbao railway company founded in 1857. Renfe has been operating the line since December 31, 2004, while Adif is the owner of the railway facilities.
