Amagerbro is an underground metro station in the Danish capital, Copenhagen , in the Sundbyøster district of Christianshavn .
The station is served by the M2 line of the Copenhagen underground system and was opened on October 19, 2002 for the newly built Lergravsparken – Nørreport underground section. It is located between the Christianshavn and Lergravsparken stations . There are transfer options to various bus routes.
Not far from the exit is the apartment at Blekingegade 2, which the left-wing underground organization known as the Blekingegade gangs used as a place of refuge until May 1989.
