Baiotis
Baiotis ( Greek Βαιῶτις , probably from βαιός "small" and οὖς "ear") is an epithet of Aphrodite .
Aphrodite was nicknamed Baiotis among the inhabitants of Syracuse . The attribute probably alluded to her grace, which was evident in the smallness of her ears.
