The BakeMark Germany GmbH was a provider of products and services for craft and industrial manufacturers as well as major consumers of pastry and employed approximately 1,300 people at its four locations and in the field. BakeMark Deutschland GmbH was created in December 2001 through a merger of MeisterMarken GmbH from Bremen and Boehringer Backmittel GmbH & Co. KG from Bingen .

The headquarters of BakeMark Germany was in Bremen , which was also the headquarters of the frozen baked goods and products for out-of-home consumption with the Goldfrost and Baker & Baker brands. The baking ingredients division for the artisanal bakery business with the MeisterMarken-Ulmer Spatz brand was located at the Bingen am Rhein location .

BakeMark Germany also had two production sites: The Delmenhorst plant near Bremen produces special margarines, boiled fats, special oils, baking creams, fat icings, release agent emulsions, frozen baked goods and special sauce products. In the Neu-Ulm district of Gerlenhofen , baking agents and baking mixes for bread, rolls and fine baked goods, sourdough products, pastry fillings, fine baking mixes with spray-crystallized fats and other products were created.

BakeMark Germany was a subsidiary of the Dutch group of companies, Corbion . On January 1, 2010, the name BakeMark was given up in favor of the name CSM Germany.
