The 1995/96 season was the second season of the Balkan League , a supranational ice hockey league from Southeast Europe. Champion became Steaua Bucharest .

mode

In the main round, each of the six teams played a total of ten games. The four best-placed teams qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played out. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
