Ban Prasat
Ban Prasat ( Thai : บ้าน ปราสาท ) is an archaeological site in Thailand.
Location and excavation history
Ban Prasat is located in the Amphoe (district) Non Sung , province of Nakhon Ratchasima , about 35 km north of the city of Nakhon Ratchasima .
Finds
In addition to thin-walled clay vessels from the black Phimai phase, items made of bronze , including a remarkable headdress, were found at Ban Prasat . The finds point to a period between 1000 and 500 BC. And show that rice was grown and pets were kept.
museum
There is also a small archaeological museum in Ban Prasat, which exhibits numerous finds from the excavations.
