Bandai Visual KK ( Japanese バ ン ダ イ ビ ジ ュ ア ル 株式会社 , Bandai Bijuaru Kabushiki-gaisha ) is a Japanese anime producer based in Tokyo . The company, which was founded in 1983 as a subsidiary of Bandai , has around 150 employees. Kazumi Kawashiro is the chief executive officer . Since the repurchase of shares by Namco Bandai Holdings , 93.63% of the company has been owned by the parent company.
