Bandiagara is the name of a district (French cercle de Bandiagara ) in the Mopti region in Mali .

The district is divided into 21 municipalities, the population in the 2009 census was 317,965. (2009 census)

Municipalities: Bandiagara (main town), Bara Sara , Borko , Dandoli , Diamnati , Dogani Beré , Doucoumbo , Dourou , Kendé , Kendié , Lowol Guéou , Métoumou , Ondougou , Pélou , Pignari , Pignari Bana , Sangha , Ségué Iré , Soroly , Timiri , Wadouba .
