Mopti district

Mopti is the name of a district (French cercle de Mopti ) in the Mopti region in Mali .

The district is divided into 15 municipalities, the population in the 2009 census was 368,512. (2009 census)

Municipalities: Mopti (main town), Bassirou , Borondougou , Dialloubé , Fatoma , Konna , Korombana , Koubayé , Kounari , Ouro-Modi , Ouroubé Doudé , Sasalbé , Sio , Socoura , Soyé .
