Bandit ( Japanese. バ ン デ ッ ト , Bandetto ) in Yomiuriland in Kawasaki , Japan is a Sitdown steel roller coaster made by Togo, which was opened in March 1988. At the time of its opening, it was considered the highest and fastest roller coaster in the world until it had to surrender the title to Magnum XL-200 in Cedar Point in 1989 .

Trains

Bandit owns three trains with seven cars each. Four people (two rows of two people) can be seated in each car. Shoulder straps are used as a restraint system.
