history

The bank was founded on September 19, 1988 as a cooperative bank . In November 1993 the bank went on the newly established Kazakh Stock Exchange . A year later, the bank is authorized by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to issue loans for the economy. We have been working with Western Union since June 1996 .

In May 2000, Bank CenterCredit became a member of the VISA International Service Association and three years later American Express credit cards were issued. In December 2003, the Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft and a Dutch bank granted Bank CenterCredit a loan of eight million dollars over five years.
