The Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company (KEGOC) is a state-owned energy supply company in Kazakhstan with its headquarters in Nur-Sultan . It operates the Kazakh power grid and is 100 percent owned by Samruk-Kazyna.

The Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company was founded on July 11, 1997 by decision of the Kazakh government to reorganize the energy network. It operates 100 percent of the high-voltage network and the Kazakh low-voltage network with a 40 percent share .
