Bank savings plan

The bank savings plan is a form of financial investment that offers the possibility of saving fixed amounts every month. Bank savings plans are mainly used for private old-age provision or home finance. Most credit institutions offer savings plans. The customer's money is invested with low risk by the bank and in return generates a rather low return .

A special form of the bank savings plan is the building society loan agreement , in which an interest investment is saved for real estate financing .
