The Banque Morval is an internationally active Swiss private bank with headquarters in Geneva and a branch in Lugano . Its core activity comprises three areas: asset management , private banking and the investment fund business .

Banque Morval, founded in 1974 as an asset management company and converted into a bank in 1989, is owned by the Italian aristocratic family Zanon di Valgiurata through Morval Vonwiller Holding SA, also based in Geneva . The Luxembourg-based fund company Willerfunds , which it founded in 1985, also belongs to the Morval Group .
